The Literature Club of our school celebrated the 50th year of publication of the legendary Malayalam novel "Khasakinte Ithihasam" on 20-09-2019. The occasion was glorified with the O V Vijayan memorial lecture by Sri N Jayakrishnan, the Assistant Director of Kerala Bhasha Institute, Calicut. Being the man behind the compilation of critical studies on "Khasakinte Ithihasam" (published by Kerala Bhasha Institute), Sri N Jayakrishnan is one of the intellectuals who is well versed on the books of O V Vijayan. The SMC Chairman Sri Pradeep Kumar R presided over the function. School Principal Smt Preetha K L, Sri Ananthan V(Executive Member, SMC), Smt Neeta Nair(Staff Secretary), Smt Saji(Staff Secretary) and other teachers were present.
